Our Critical Momentum for Leaders program has been developed from our years of experience coaching and developing Leaders across the globe.

The program has three stages - Self, Lead and Inspire. The stages are specifically designed to help Leaders get to know themselves and their own style in order to maximise their positive impact on their teams and employees.

We offer the program in two ways for businesses:

The standard offering will deliver the program to your leaders as designed. This is a great option if you are an early stage business.

We can also customise the program to encompass your visions, mission, values and culture. This includes integration of your business language (such as operating systems) and any existing values and behaviours frameworks.

For Individuals - We also offer an individual program for any Leader or aspiring Leader who wants to improve their skills. You can take the standard stages as an online program and/or have tailored coaching (see below).
